A.R. Tariq Alvi is the founding senior partner of ARTA LAW Co. and one of Lahore's most experienced advocates, with over 40 years of active practice. An Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, he has appeared before the lower courts, the High Courts and the Supreme Court across a wide range of contentious matters. His practice has a particular depth in banking and financial litigation — he has acted for and against multiple major banks on recovery proceedings, loan disputes and enforcement matters over the course of his career. His breadth of experience across civil, commercial and constitutional litigation makes him the firm's principal counsel on complex and high-value disputes.

Faisal Zafar

Faisal Zafar is a senior partner and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan with extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation. He advises and represents clients across a broad range of contentious matters, including property disputes, contractual claims, recovery proceedings and corporate litigation. His practice spans the trial courts through to appellate proceedings before the High Courts and the Supreme Court, and he brings a methodical, evidence-led approach to complex multi-party disputes.

Barrister Asim Khokhar is a partner whose practice spans both civil and criminal litigation. His experience includes corporate and commercial representation, procurement and contracts, banking matters, intellectual property, regulatory and company matters, legal due diligence, legislative drafting and legal opinions. Called to the Bar at Lincoln's Inn, he combines an English legal education with active practice before the courts and regulatory bodies of Pakistan.

Rana Muhammad Saim

Rana Muhammad Saim is a partner with a focused practice in criminal litigation.
